1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- Within Canada – All provinces and territories
- United States – Select states (shipping rates apply)
- For international orders outside Canada, please check the availability and rates at the checkout page
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays)
- Orders placed after 12 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed the next business day
- During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days
3. Delivery Times & Rates
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination
- Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly displayed on our website
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Link to track your shipment online
5. Delays & Responsibility
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, postal strikes, or carrier delays – these are outside our control
- Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout; we cannot replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
6. In-Store Pickup / Local Delivery (If Offered)
If local pickup or delivery is available:
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup or scheduled for delivery.
- Valid photo ID or order confirmation may be required at pickup.
7. International Orders & Customs
- For shipments outside Canada, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
